I've been waiting 15 months for the connection

I checked availability on their website. I called to specify that I was 185 meters from the path. A technician came and told me that it would take a maximum of one month. Despite all the precautions I took, today I was told that I am still requesting an extension of territory. The person who answered me just now cut me off several times and told me that 'personally, I would definitely have started shopping elsewhere in the meantime'

COGECO's Broken Promise: Frustrating Service

After a few years COGECO reneged on the price of the120 month agreement. The service provided never lived up to the services offered. Constant slow speeds of the internet has been very frustrating. it takes hours for call backs for service inquiry. Hung up on more than once from tech support. These are some of the same reasons we left Bell after decades with them. Is there no longer any INTEGRITY with these monopolies? We no longer even use the cable television we pay for because of the excess commercials and program interruptions. Maybe it's time to try STARLINK

The offers we have since then are on promotions, which guarantee that the promotion(s) you have on file will remain active and at the amount indicated until the date indicated.
