Paying Eastlink/Delta Cable $160/month cause that was the original amount for good service only to find the offer faster service at alot less money is disappointing.Tried to get them to adjust to one of their current plans and fellow at their Ladner store said would be done that day and would have a call back by next Monday.Went back to store next Friday only to find the only option to get into th

Could be better. We get price gauged here in Canada, Eastlink partakes. Paying 70$ a month for 300mb down should be considered theft. It's absurd. Would recommend anyone else with fibre.

I am seeing a trend with over charging seniors and making this process extremely user unfriendly. Terrible customer service with 30 min wait times. Would not recommend eastlink

Diifficult to get through to real person, long on hold. Plan cost almost doubles when special deal expires-very expensive plus took away 30 channels with no reduction in monthly cost.
