I am seeing a trend with over charging seniors and making this process extremely user unfriendly. Terrible customer service with 30 min wait times. Would not recommend eastlink

Diifficult to get through to real person, long on hold. Plan cost almost doubles when special deal expires-very expensive plus took away 30 channels with no reduction in monthly cost.

I just want a cheaper internet bill. And, I didn't realize that the price I paid originally for Eastlink internet was a promotional offer and that it would go up by $20 after a year.
