It's off to a bad start... I took out an eBox subscription this morning and I just received the contract by email. They wrote the contract for another person who has the same name as me, but who lives in a completely different city! (?!?)

Didn't get the referring rebate. Contacted customer support via chat and got an horrible experience. First they will ask more questions than a bank to identify you. I mean, seriously they keep birthdate on file. If like me you don't have a phone number, all hell will break loose and the rep will insist, in a passive aggressive way, on having every single piece of information. Must be too complicat More

J'avais fait un erreur dans mon adresse courriel pour mon compte, j'ai écris au service à la clientèle par messenger et ils ont répondu dans la minute et réglé le problème. Just a change of # civic and it's the tower of babel. I used to recommend it, but not anymore. By the way, this is not a positive comment. It seems like everything is done to scrap the company, it's pretty incredible. I thought I was at Bell Canada (this is not a compliment).

The good thing about Ebox is that the price displayed is the price I will pay until I find a better deal. There is no price change after stopping a discount, or annual increase (at least not yet). The router used is good, plus it allows the use of your own Wi-Fi networkMore

Genuinely one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with. Service constantly goes down, tech support doesn’t know what they’re doing. Our modem has been out for 24 hours now and Ebox may as well shrug their shoulders. I was supposed to get a new one delivered but no email about it, nothing. I’ll be switching providers. Horrible company, stay FAR AWAY FROM THEM.
