I've used them a few years back (2020) and they were just perfect. Now, what a difference. Old equipment with old encryption. So-so performance of the network too.

We've been using Ebox since we left the company with a capital C that kept raising its rates every year. We're very happy with Ebox's service and network for a fraction of the price. Since switching to Ebox, we've saved hundreds of dollars.

The network is unstable; expect frequent technical outages. Customer service agents don't speak French well, often explaining the problem multiple times and identifying themselves at each stage of the call. In short, the overall service quality is far from optimal.
