KOODO has provided the worst service experience I’ve had in Canada. They lie in every sentence… They promised to install the internet within a week, but dragged it out for a month — and I still don’t have a connection. I genuinely feel like suing them for the wasted time and their blatantly careless attitude toward their customers. I will never, ever deal with these people again.

I got the service from the booth in the mall. The onboarding was okay, I had some issue setup However they send a technician to my home and only made bill corrections to only charge when the service actually starts. The issue turns out to be not related to Kodoo, it was the city construction that’s accidental cut the cable outside. The 100 mbps was fine for video conference and streaming. Overall for the price I recommends Kodoo

Disappointing service, very long wait to get through, they try more to sell us new products than to resolve the issue we called them for.

Terrible modem and doesnt have stable internet

I had koodo internet for 1 year now, never had an issue with billing or service.

There are no words to describe a service like this. I'm telling you, don't subscribe. No feedback, impossible to speak to a representative, impossible to cancel. It's the worst service ever. Impossible to get anyone to talk to. A big fat zero.

I’m paying for 1 GBPS and often getting lower than 50 MBPS directly in front of router. Good luck getting anything at all in any other room in our small house. Could it be a hardware issue? Maybe, but koodo does not have any form of support for their customers. Can’t wait to get out of this horrible service

I've been with Koodo since January. The only way to speak to someone is to go to one of their stores during business hours. They have the worst customer service this side of the Atlantic. They don't answer their phones, their AI never give you the option you want, they don't invoice for internet or other things, and you can't obtain a decent payment receipt. Unethical company . They quoted me a price then upped the price once I was locked in a contract. Customer service is awful. They said I could have the lower price is I signed on for autopay on my bank acct. I bet the price would go way up then. I’m locked in for 2 years and I hate this unethical company.
