Despite the many negative reviews I've read, I'm very happy with my experience with Lucky Mobile. I've been a customer for two months now, and I find their service to be excellent. Topping up with a card is extremely fast and convenient. My only complaint is that they send a lot of text messages, but having never used any other provider, I'm not sure if this is a common practice. My plan: $15/month 100 minutes of calls Unlimited texts

The system becomes slow during peak hours. Also, depending on where you are, the connection can drop. This is very frustrating when working remotely.

The prices are unbeatable. They use the same network as Telus, so there are no coverage issues. I've never had a problem. The points system is great. Everything is done online, which is why you pay less. You can also get a $10 credit in your second month by entering the code RW972Z when you sign up.

I've been a customer for years. Up until now, everything has been perfect. The initial setup and connection went smoothly (without assistance). Everything works well. It's simple, accessible, user-friendly, and affordable. I immediately created an eSIM. It took two minutes. I've found plenty of different options. I really like the rewards system.
