The network is ok but if you have a problem, don't count on customer service to help you. You are basically left to your own devices. I suspended the service (you are entitled to it for a period not exceeding 90 days) but Public Mobile automatically debited my payment for 3 months while my line was suspended. More

Since being with Public Mobile I have experienced no problems with the service. Further the service plan I signed up for is one of the most economical amongst service providers. It's not perfect, but for being a low cost carrier, it's as good as any major one. Importantly, it works in places with low reception quality and you don't need to use 5G, though there are options for that. If you didn't know, you can eventually work your way to a $0 bill.
