If you have any other options, avoid Rogers. Seriously, they're just not worth the headaches. The customer service is an absolute joke, they will overbill you regularly, they will try to lie to you about contracts (seriously - do your homework and read everything), and they will waste a tremendous amount of your time whenever you need to get something done.

Their management staff is horrible at dealing with clients and yes they will double charge and refuse to refund.Rogers internet in our area is UNSTABLE. People in our neighbourhood have outages once or more per week.

bills have always exceeded contact amounts.Largest bill was $1500+ for roaming charges.Average over the last 6 months have exceed contracted amount by more than $300.Unfortunately, Canadians don't have many providers to choose from. One day this will change. Therefore, its best to remain in the honeymoon phase and shift providers at renewal every 2 years.

Rogers convinced me to switch to them as my cell phone provider, that it would be more affordable. I have only been with them for 8 months, and they just raised my monthly charges by $6 plus tax. Considering this is a talk and text plan only (no internet), i find this quick hike in fees completely unreasonable and i feel taken advantage of.

Terrible. The fact that the recorded message greeting specifically indicates that your respect and patience is mandatory or else the discussion will be cut short says it all. They will test your patience. You'll get bounced around 5-7 times before you finally can talk to a person that will attempt to fix your problem. 'cuz you More

The worst company. The phone broke down 2 months after purchase and was replaced with a new one under warranty. For the phone replacement, which was not my fault, Rogers charged a CAD 75 setup fee.

The worse company I ever had to deal with, 62 minutes wait on a call for information for the bill I received, very hard to understand the receptionist and the supervisor was very rude.STAY AWAY FROM ROGERS.

Stay clear away from this company. They could care less about any of their customers. If it's gonna cost them 1 dollar more they'll do what's best for them even if it costs them more in the long run. Terrible company

They call me every year to see how I'm doing and I'm always honest. 100% of the time I hang up a happy customer. Until they give me a reason to leave, I'm with Rogers.
