Start's fibre networks is one of the best options available. Symmetric speeds are a nice touch. I work from home, don't is good knowing that video called will be stable. Pricing is decent. It would have been good if they remained an independent provider, but they were recently sold to Telus.

My internet connection is unstable and its been over 3 months of calling non stop to trying and reach someone so I can fix it. This is incredible frustrating and will be canceling and find a new provider asap

Be advised: The internet is slow. I switched to Koodo in Aug, saving over half the cost and increasing the speed exponentially! Since they are essentially the same company now, one would think that they would switch the account on their end. They do not. You will pay for both accounts until you can cancel your account with start.ca, which is immensely and unnecessarily difficult. The only option i

It's disappointing that I cannot transfer to a new address and keep the internet package that I am currently on, even though the same service is available at the new address.
