I've been with Telus for more than 3 years. I used to have the 1 gig plan, but then I downgraded to 250 Mbps and it's been going good so far. Work from home and movie streaming is working good.

I’m not sure I’d feel different with any of the major internet or mobility providers. I constantly feel as though they are running a monopoly and gouging with fees whenever they can. The services themselves are middle of the road. It does take a long time to get technical help when needed. But at More

We have had intermittent connection problems x 3 years - dropping connection, etc. They have come out and troubleshooting occured several times - always a new theory as to why things are cutting in and out. Nothing has helped more than a short period of time. Need something more reliable.

I spent almost 5 hours being bounced back and forth between agents to get an issue resolved. Telus was an Alberta based company and they grew too big to the point that they don’t care about providing decent service. I spoke with “support agents” in the Philippines, Guatemala and MoroccoMore

Ever since our neighborhood got fibre service, our particular service has suffered from our television sets experiencing frequent freezing (we must restart). On top of that, the costs that we are paying for the bundling that we have (i.e. landline, internet and More

Telus will boast a faster connection and fiber optic with massive speeds. Couldn't be further from the truth. Had to wait 3 days for install without any communication. Telus told us faster and similar to our shaw. Telus is horrid, not only do they lie about services. The connection is unreliable. They use tele phone wire... Missing 2 conductors... To connect out new modem. Gaming experience is unb More

Customer service that makes you constantly be on a lookout for another provider. They change your plan and monthly bill to the one that is twice the price that you paid for a long time without any notification and then keep you on hold for ever so it is virtually impossible to get hold of them. They are super nice to you when you are signing up for a service and is always a huge disappointment down the road.

- Random cancellation of discounts in original agreement before the contract expires- Disconnected client's call being transferred to another department after 45 min. Wasting people's time and effort!- DO NOT recommend this provider, unless you make sure they include a condition in the contract that they will compensate if they automatically cancel any discounts discussed before the promotion expiry date.

If it works, it's amazing. But they hire untrained contractors to do the connection or tech support work
