I've been a loyal customer for 30 years already. They resolve the problem quickly, and I'm very satisfied with the new Helix. It's super easy to use for all applications, and the internet is incredibly fast. Thank you for the attentive customer service; they always find a solution to satisfy our requests.

When I switched from Illico to Helix, everything seemed better. Good: I could use live TV everywhere and even my recordings. Bad: when I pause a recorded program and then return to it, it restarts from the beginning. Illico didn't do that, and I think Helix TV didn't do that at first either when I switched. It's really annoying that I have to keep track of where I am in every program.

The network is extremely unreliable; it cuts out every 30-45 minutes. Customer service isn't competent enough to resolve the issues. I definitely don't recommend it; it's a waste of money!
