Virgin Mobile now have a new name is Virgin Plus, this is a Subsidiary of Bell Mobility. I am with Bell Mobility since 2019 until 2022, I’m telling you very bad service. Customer lie to you about the loyalty deal, and hung up the phone on you. And do you know Bell Mobility and Virgin plus them share same call Center and there customer service call Center is not in Canada, is in Philippines. Because them don’t want pay the Canadian minimum salary.

I’ve been with Virgin for 4 years now. I live in a rural area and coverage for all cell carriers is very spotty here, but it works great in the nearby town and in cities. My bill was raised by $10/month a couple of years ago and I don’t remember getting notification of that, but it’s been stable ever since.

Had a terrible experience with Virgin plus customer service. I received a quote from one of the agents for my phone plan and the person told me the quote is valid for one week. Once I called back within that one week period, the other agent told me the quote has been expired, and they basically did NOT honor their initial offer. Also was transfered to a lot of different agents so I had to explain More
