The internet does not work. When you call and talk to tech support, they blame it on equipment and wires that were working 12 hours previous. The it is the fault of the router that is not even connected yet. The problems started the very first day of the contract and continued every day there after. "Network Stability Woes Last Year"

Great price, "OK" service, but network stability has been horrible for ~1 year, especially since early 2023. Connection drops 2-3 times a week.

Intermittent Connection Issues

The connection cuts intermittently but quite frequently and it often the problem requires calling the supplier.

Just bad. Nothing good.

Sales picks up on the first rings and after the snake oil sold your experience will be hell. Installer had barely any information. He activated the modem and left. The internet never achieved stated speed and dropped constantly. No answer from customer support ever. No answer from customer support.

higher bill after moving

Having benefited from an advantageous package when I was shopping, I want to move a year and a half later. According to vmedia, prices should increase only in the event that I move. not if I stay at my address. I find that absurd. I do not recommend. In addition, at the moment, they are among the most expensive on the market, not to mention network outages.

THEY ARE LIKE FRAUDS AND LIAR. WORST EVER SERVICE. V-Media is a total nightmare! They take your money, but you get zero service. They lie about installations, never follow up, and don’t care if your connection works or not. Their customer care is non-existent—good luck getting them on the phone! You can’t even cancel without phone confirmation, but no one ever answers. Avoid them at all costs! #Fraud #NoService #WorstISP

The worst customer service

They messed up hooking up my phone. Spent multiple hrs on the phone with them trying to fix it manually. To no avail. They do not listen and called me back on the wrong # multiple times at the wrong times. Then blame me for the fact I did not answer the phone whenever they decided to call. Yesterday and today September 29, 2024 (Montreal) the internet provided by Vmedia for download is 12.8 Mbps or 0. It happens too often that there are problems with Vmedia. We pay correctly every month, but their service leaves much to be desired. I'm starting to look for another ISP.
