Great call to inquire very clear on expectations and plans. Tech was fantastic and extremely knowledgeable……we called installed next day. Now I ask why didn’t I sooner!

I was sold a service upgrade for nearly what I was already paying, and assured I could go back should I decide. Naturally, my bill came in $30 more than my old bill. When I called about why I was informed there was basically nothing to be done, and to make matters worse I could not in fact go back to my old rate/service. So I was lied to and duped into spending $15 extra a month with no alternative of going back.

It was very difficult to connect the first time. Furthermore, when there are problems, the technicians are difficult to understand, and it always takes two hours to resolve them on the phone. For someone who doesn't know anything about it, all these system manipulations might be too complicated.

Ive been trying to get internet service with Xplore, as that's the only option in my area. The customer service reps are rude and hang up in the middle of a conversation. Just now I was in the middle of explaining what happened and the rep just hung up.
