Internet speed sold not respected

I subscribed to the 1GB High Speed Internet service over a month ago and I am being billed for this speed without ever having been able to reach this limit. Reliability at a good price!

I am very satisfied with the internet network offered by Cooptel, however you have to shop around regularly to benefit from the best prices offered by the company. If we don't do it ourselves, they don't take the lead! Of course our bill doesn't increase but I managed to get better service for half the price by contacting them!
