It took them one week to get a technician to our house and now we’ve waited another week because the Internet won’t work

I have been with primus since Feb 2023. My service often fails, after a few months. Eventually it stops completely and it takes me the better part of a full day to get it sorted out. The problems are often 'escalated' and take a full day or more to resolve. Terrible, Terrible service.

Very disappointing experience with Primus Internet (via Costco).I signed up at $50/month through Costco. After the initial period, Primus increased my rate to around $80/month while speeds were still poor. Over the next 18 months, I discovered I’d been paying roughly $30 plus more each month than expected. I never received an email or clear notice that the promo had ended. Because of a serious medical situation and hospitalization due to cancer, I wasn’t checking every bill, and I trusted the Costco partnership. I paid my bill using my visa debit. Instead of the one payment, Primus took 5 x payments off my bank account. I called Primus support, the first rep said she can put in a a ticket and I get my money 5-10 business days, I said my rent and bills are set to come out in the evening I need my money, she said there is nothing she can do and transferred me to another representative who said he can see th
